• Preferred skills or experience (e.g., bilingual, infant care, etc.)
• Home environment and expectations

Within a short time, we present up to three verified candidates that best match your requirements.
Each candidate has undergone:

• Background and identity verification
• Reference checks
• Personal or virtual interviews

Families have the opportunity to interview the candidates directly and select the one that best fits their values and household.
Our team provides full support throughout the process to ensure a safe and confident decision.

Once the match is made, service details and communication channels are confirmed.
Salvanto maintains initial follow-up to ensure the service meets your expectations.
